Rebecca Bernstein

Rebecca, Founder and CEO of Innovative Healthcare Advisors, brings over 30 years of leadership experience as a healthcare executive, business owner, and industry strategist. She has held roles as an owner, president, and CEO, with expertise spanning hospitals, private practices, medical groups, and ambulatory surgery centers. Specializing in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, payer contracting, and financial management, Rebecca is dedicated to optimizing organizations through innovative strategies that enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, a Master’s in Public Health, and certifications in payer contracting, finance, and medical practice administration. Her expertise and leadership make her a trusted advisor, driving sustainable growth in healthcare organizations worldwide.
